Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms

By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in DKK and exclude/optional shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • For commissioned artwork, a 25% upfront payment of the total price is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or upon collection of the artwork.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the order and shipping time.
  • I strive to ship artworks within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur.
  • Any damage during shipping must be documented and reported as soon as possible.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • As artworks are unique and custom-made, there is no right of withdrawal for commissioned pieces.
  • If you change your mind about purchasing a finished artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyerˋs responsibility, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.
  • Once the artwork has been received and approved, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • For commissioned artworks, orders can be canceled within 48 hours of payment, and the full upfront payment will be refunded.
  • After 48 hours, the 25% upfront payment is non-refundable, as work and planning will have already begun.
  • If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commissioned artwork, the full amount, including the upfront payment, will be refunded.

6. Rights & Copyright

  • All artworks and images on ByRubin.art belong to me (the artist) and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
  • When purchasing an artwork, you own the physical piece, but I retain the copyright and may use images of the artwork for marketing or prints.
